1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and boo88 (hereinafter "boo88", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the boo88 website located at https://boo88.io, including all associated products, services, games, and features made available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for cause.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform to launder money, commit fraud, or engage in any other unlawful activity.

boo88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily established. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible player shall be void and forfeited.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of boo88 services, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep all account information up to date at all times.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the boo88 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where the Company identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts may be suspended and all funds and winnings held within those accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all bets, transactions, and communications. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your login credentials with any third party. boo88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

boo88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. As a condition of account activation and withdrawal processing, you may be required to submit identity documents including, but not limited to, a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the boo88 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other payment channels as published on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your boo88 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. boo88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified on the Cashier page and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements fulfilled before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days under Bangladesh Standard Time.
• boo88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

boo88 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which boo88 accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

boo88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the following general bonus conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or zero percent, as specified in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies as specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the boo88 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as published in the game rules documentation accessible from the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. boo88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted by product-specific rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games, as published on the Platform.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or platform disruption affecting the outcome or settlement of a bet, boo88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's account.
• boo88 reserves the right to void or refuse any bet placed at odds that the Company reasonably believes to have been published erroneously.
• For sports betting markets, results are settled based on the outcome at the conclusion of the relevant match, event, or competition, in accordance with the published sport-specific rules. Cricket markets follow ICC rules unless otherwise specified.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of the sports trading team. Any bets accepted during a suspension will be voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the boo88 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, with all funds and winnings subject to forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names or payment details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the Platform's software, Random Number Generator (RNG), or game logic.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that compromises the integrity of any game or sporting event.

• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to conceal your true geographic location.

boo88 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in any investigation relating to illegal activity conducted through the Platform. Where required by law, the Company will disclose player information to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.

8 Responsible Gaming

boo88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harm associated with problem gambling. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and must not be used as a source of income or a means of addressing financial difficulties.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of boo88 to any player for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

11 Privacy & Data Protection
